Today Toss Prediction (TodayTossPrediction.in) is an independent cricket data site. Every day we publish a toss prediction for every scheduled cricket match, show who actually won each toss, and keep a public record of how our calls performed.
What we do
For each fixture on the homepage we answer three questions before the coin goes up:
- Who is more likely to win the toss? A lean based on each team’s toss record in the current competition and their head-to-head toss history.
- What will the toss winner choose? Bat first or bowl first, based on what captains have actually chosen at that ground this season.
- Does the toss matter here? How often the toss winner and the side batting first have gone on to win at that venue.
Once the toss happens, the real result appears next to our call with a clear verdict: right, half right or wrong.
Where the data comes from
Fixtures, venues, team details and toss results come from the EntitySport cricket data feed, a professional provider used by media and fantasy platforms. The site refreshes this data every few minutes. Every statistic on a match card is calculated from completed matches in the same competition, so the numbers reflect the current season rather than decades-old averages.
How we keep it honest
- Calls are locked. The first time a prediction is published for a match it is saved with a timestamp. It cannot be edited after the toss.
- Misses stay visible. Wrong calls are shown in red in the live results table and stay there.
- Backtests are labelled. When a toss happened before we had a locked call, any model call shown for it is marked with an asterisk and never counted in our accuracy figures.
- No paid tips. We do not sell predictions, run VIP groups or Telegram channels, or accept payment to change a call.
- No 100% sure claims. A cricket toss is a fair coin flip. Nobody can predict it with certainty, and we say so on every page.
Who this site is for
Cricket fans who want to know who won the toss today, fantasy players who plan their team around whether a side will bat or chase, and anyone curious about how much the toss really matters at a given ground.
What we are not
We are not a betting or gambling site. We do not accept wagers, link to betting operators or offer odds. Toss predictions here are statistical opinions for information and entertainment. Please read our disclaimer for the full position.
