Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains what personal data TodayTossPrediction.in (the “site”, “we”) collects, why, and what choices you have. We keep data collection to a minimum: you do not need an account to use the site, and we do not sell personal data.
1. Data we collect

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive personal data such as financial, health or identity document details.
2. Contact form messages
Messages sent through the contact form are delivered by email to our inbox. They are not stored in the site’s database. We keep them only as long as needed to deal with your message and any follow-up, and we use your email address only to reply to you.
3. Cookies
The site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and does not use cookies for visitors who are simply reading the site. The light or dark mode setting uses your browser’s local storage, which stays on your device.
4. Third-party services
To display pages, your browser loads some files directly from third parties, which means those providers receive your IP address and browser details as part of the request:
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), for the Inter font. See Google’s privacy policy.
- EntitySport image CDN (gcdnimages.entitysport.com), for team logos.
Our server also requests cricket data from EntitySport. These server requests do not include any information about you.
We do not currently use analytics or advertising services. If we add them in future, for example Google Analytics or Google AdSense, we will update this policy before doing so and explain what they collect and how to opt out.
5. Legal basis
We process contact form data because you choose to send it to us and so that we can respond, and we process server log data for our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working.
6. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the site, such as our hosting and email providers, or where the law requires it.
7. Data retention
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle them. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period for security purposes. The rate-limit hash is deleted automatically after one hour.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for visitors in the European Union or United Kingdom, the GDPR, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, use the contact page and choose “Privacy or data request”. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.
9. Children
The site is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal data, including spam protection on the contact form and not storing form messages in the website database. No website or email system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information through the form.

We will update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
